Socialtext uses an open source wiki/blog based on kwiki and provides open source or proprietary options, as well as services. The service is $30 USD per person per month, which is about what you'd pay for a small website. The stated aim is to extend the collaboritive capabilities of e-mail. I expect that we'll be be seeing many more of these social software companies in the near future.
