How to use OSS - Step by Step

Here is a report discussing NBCC Woodstock's use of OSS as an alternative to a proprietary LMS, specifically WebCT. The author notes a steep learning curve, but the general conclusion is that OSS is as good, and in some cases better than proprietary systems. IRRODL: XXIV.
